What we collect
Your account: your name and email, and how you sign in. Your business: its name, country, trade, town, rates, tax details, bank account (if you add it) and logo. Your work: the customers, jobs, quotes and invoices you create, including your customers’ contact details. Billing: your subscription status from our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
Your voice
When you tap the mic, the recording is sent to be turned into text and is not stored by us. Silence is never sent. What you said is used to make the quote, invoice or customer you asked for, and nothing is saved until you confirm the read-back.
Who helps us run it
- Supabase: our database, hosted in Sydney, Australia.
- Vercel: hosts the app.
- OpenAI: turns speech into text, understands what you asked for, and speaks replies.
- Stripe: takes subscription payments and holds your card details.
- Brevo: sends emails, such as quotes, invoices and sign-in links.
- Map lookups (Google Places or OpenStreetMap): check a town or address is real. Only the place name or address is sent.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data or your customers’ data, and we don’t use it for advertising. Each business can only ever see its own records.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, and one to remember a referral code from a mate’s link until you sign up (up to 60 days). No advertising cookies.
Your customers
When you send a quote, your customer gets an email with a private link to view and accept or decline it. That link only shows that one quote.
Your choices
You can see and change your details in the app at any time. To get a copy of your data, or to close your account and delete it, email hello@justsay.trade. Some records, such as sent invoices, may need to be kept for tax law.
